  1. Read the YAS Policy, COVID-19 Waiver, and Liability Forms. 

  2. Fill out the registration form below.  

  3. Click the PayPal button at the bottom of the page to continue on to payment.  There is no additional fee for online payments.

  4. Please remember, your registration is not complete until payment is received.
