This three week session is for beginning through advanced students age 7 - 18. All registered participants will be cast in the ensemble. Auditions determine featured roles.

Registration: $585

Registration is open to students age 7-18.
Registration is a 2 step process. Your completed online registration form and tuition payment must be received in order to reserve your spot. Registration closes when full or on May 20, whichever comes first. Everyone registered will be cast in the ensemble. Auditions will determine specific roles. Audition materials will be emailed to those registered in May.
Waitlist: If the cast is full you may request to be placed on the waitlist by completing the online registration form. No payment will be due until you have been notified of an opening.
Refund Policy: No refund of tuition will be made after May 20, 2024. If you withdraw prior to May 20, your tuition will be refunded minus a $75 cancelation fee.
Parent Commitment: By registering for this workshop session, each family agrees to complete one volunteer position. Please click here for jobs and descriptions. If you are unable to commit to a parent position, please include the $100 "opt out" fee with your tuition payment.
Additional Expenses: Each cast member will be responsible for providing their own costume and certain accessories.

Auditions
General Auditions
Saturday, June 1 (by appointment)
Location: YAS Studio (3747 W. Pacific Ave, 95820)
Audition materials and appointment times will be emailed to registered cast members by May 21. Cast members will choose one song and one audition scene from the show.
Callbacks
Saturday, June 8
Location: YAS Studio
The callback list and schedule will be emailed after the general auditions. Those called back will be asked to dance, read sides from the script, and sing for specific roles. All registered participants will be cast in the show.
Rehearsals
July 8 - July 26
Monday - Friday (9am - 3pm)
Location: Sierra 2 (24th Street Theater)
Cast members will rehearse the show throughout the day and take a monitored lunch break from 12pm-1pm in the park behind Sierra 2. We ask that cast members bring their lunch, water, script, and are dressed to dance. Tech week dress rehearsals will take place the final week of the session.
Absences: Attendance is very important. Due to limited rehearsal time we will not be able to go back and re-teach or re-stage scenes for students who are absent. You may not miss more than 2 rehearsals. If a cast member misses a rehearsal, they may not be placed in that particular number. Include any conflicts you have on your registration form in advance. Tech week (the week of the performance) and performances are mandatory. There can be no absences. Missing a mandatory rehearsal may result in being removed from the show.
